Interior Glyphs

Closet Door

One Elk

I have begun adding glyphs over the doors and windows. They are made of aspen scrap. They are all painted red and black using an airbrush. The red paint is diluted acrylic; it reveals the grain of the aspen.

This one is an experiment in adding a different form. It is only lightly attached to the wall. The two tilted logs are a variation on a form found in Cycladic eclesiastic architecture in the Greek isles.

For New Glyphs

From the sketches I plan to refine some new, wider glyphs to go over the cabin's three triple-windows.
